Rudy Garcia is co-founder and president of LOPEZGARCIA GROUP and has been since its inception. He serves as principal-in-charge for several high-profile projects, including the site civil design for Tarrant County College District (Downtown Campus) and Omni Hotel and Condominiums in Fort Worth and oversees the firm’s prime Design and Design Management contract with DFW International Airport. Additionally, he is managing design review services for Dallas Cowboys Stadium.

Rudy received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (with an emphasis on Hydraulics and Hydrology) from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas.
