Richard Carson joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in 2004 as a program manager.  Over the past 33 years, Richard has developed long-term relationships with several leading A/E firms.  These associations have been instrumental in the continuing development of LOPEZGARCIA GROUP's private and municipal sectors.  Richard served as the project manager for the 23-story One Arts Plaza mixed-use building, recently completed in the Dallas Arts District, and will lead the hydrology/hydraulic efforts on the Trinity River Corridor project.  He also travels throughout the southwest working on health care facilities in California, Arizona and Nevada. 

Richard received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina and Oklahoma.  Richard is also registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
