Roger Behgam, PE

Principal

Roger Behgam joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in December 1999 and currently serves as a senior project manager. He has over 30 years of experience in planning, permitting, design, specifications preparation, design management, construction documents packaging and construction administration for large and small multi-disciplinary civil and transportation projects. Currently, Roger leads the company’s multi-discipline work at DFW International Airport.

Roger received his Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Lamar University. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas. He is extremely active in the Dallas Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Under his leadership, the Branch established its website, one of the first in the country.

Roger is active in professional organizations, including:
