Juan M. Sierra, PE

Principal

Juan Sierra joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in 1997 and is LOPEZGARCIA GROUP’s highway division manager, responsible for client relationship development, project performance and business development. He oversees the efforts of transportation project managers and ensures adherence to quality control standards. Juan has led a variety of projects encompassing roadway and major interchange conception and geometric design, construction sequencing, traffic control, right-of-way acquisition plans, signing and marking. Juan has worked with multiple Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) districts and the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA).

Juan received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas and is active in professional organizations, including:

• American Society of Civil Engineers
• Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
• Texas Council of Engineering Companies, Past President of the Tarrant County Chapter
