Associate Principal
FM Carroll joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in August of 2006 with over 31 years of program and project management experience in private and municipal planning, landscape architecture, transportation and project management. His experience encompasses private development, including entertainment venues, municipal economic development, commercial and industrial development, environmental mitigation, individual project organization and program management. FM’s award-winning landscape architecture experience ranges from a 300-acre wetland buffer zone facility to urban parks, entertainment facilities, transportation corridors and mixed-use developments.
Prior to joining the firm, FM was instrumental in the redevelopment of the Fort Worth Stockyards, served as the director of development for the Texas Motor Speedway and as the planner of record for Alliance Airport’s Master Plan. FM is actively involved in the White Rock Lake Spillway and Trinity River Corridor projects.
FM received his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture and his Bachelor of Science in Park Administration from Texas Tech University.
