Doug Guinn, PEDoug Guinn, PE

Principal

Doug Guinn joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in June 1997 and is the municipal division manager. His responsibilities include project management, client relationship development, project performance and business development. Doug serves as project manager and principal-in-charge on a variety of public sector, higher education and aviation projects.

Doug received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas and authored LOPEZGARCIA GROUP’s silver medal winning 2005 submission, “West Side Terminal Storm Drain B1AR,” DFW Airport, Texas Council of Engineering Companies Engineering Excellence Awards Competition, Water Resources Category.
